Brief CV
Dimitrios Fanourakis is a graduate of the Agricultural University of Athens (1999-2004). He holds an MSc (2005-2007) and a PhD (2007-2011) from Wageningen University, Netherlands, with a scholarship from the Alexander S. Onassis Foundation (2005-2007 & 2007-2011). He has worked as a postdoctoral fellow in the Netherlands (2011-2012), Germany (2012-2014) and Greece (2014-present). He has supervised one doctoral, five MSc and 11 graduate dissertations.
He has co-authored 14 research papers (total impact factor = 49,65) with an h-index of 10. His research interests include Environmental Physiology, Water Relations and Physiology of Water Stress.
